                 About Matibabu Foundation:  Matibabu is an indigenous community health care initiative, founded in 2006 as a health NGO under Section 10 of the Non-Governmental Organization Board in the Republic of Kenya. 

Working toward empowered, productive, and prosperous communities in the Ugenya district of Western Kenya, Matibabu manages a full spectrum of preventive, outpatient, and community health care services.  With the help of its supporting partners, the organization is meeting three strategic objectives:

1 - Improving the quality, affordability, and accessibility of healthcare in the community.

2 - Promoting and encouraging preventive health services through adaptable and sustainable community health programs.

3 - Strengthening institutional and financial capacity to guarantee sustainable organizational success.
